45-18 Court Square is a 266,791 SF Class A life science building designed to serve the needs of the rapidly growing life science sector. On the mechanical scope, EPNY insulated the chilled water system in the building, insulated all ductwork with both duct and fyrewrap, and provided firestopping services. On the plumbing scope, EPNY insulated all domestic water lines in the building.
